Do you supply cleaning products and equipment?

Yes. I supply the cleaning products and equipment required for the service.

Are your products environmentally friendly?

The products I use are proven, tested and supported by my suppliers. They are selected to be “green-safe” and, where applicable, suitable for homes with septic tanks.

Are you insured and MOJ vetted?

Yes. I am fully insured and have been Ministry of Justice vetted. Documentation can be presented upon request.

Unavailability or no access situations?

If I arrive at your property and cannot carry out the clean because of circumstances that were not brought to my attention, for example, illness in the household, being unable to access the home or being unable to make contact with you – the scheduled service may still be charged.

These policies help ensure that bookings remain organised and that all clients receive the reliable service they expect.

Do you offer services other than standard house cleaning?

Yes. If you have a cleaning enquiry that is not listed on the website, please contact me so I can discuss your requirements.

What is the best way to book a service?

Contact Paul to arrange a conversation or request a quote. A home tour may be arranged so we can discuss your priorities, review the areas to be cleaned and identify anything that may affect the service.

How do you handle cancellations?

You may cancel a scheduled clean free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

A $35 cancellation fee applies once your booking has been confirmed if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service or on the day of the service.

What do I do if If a family member is unwell?

If a member of your household is suffering from an illness that could expose me to infection, I may be unable to carry out the clean. This policy helps protect you, your household, myself and other clients.

Please notify me as soon as possible if someone in the home is unwell.

Before your first clean, we will discuss your requirements and complete a brief tour of your home to understand your expectations and identify anything that may affect the cleaning process.

Our standard house cleaning service includes dusting, wiping surfaces and window ledges, removing cobwebs, cleaning mirrors, glass, doors and switches, sanitising kitchens and bathrooms, cleaning laundry areas, vacuuming throughout and mopping hard floors. We also offer a wide range of additional cleaning services, so please contact us to discuss any cleaning requirement not listed above.
